Generally the Star printers come with DHCP IP enabled from factory which means that once you connect the printer to the local WIFI router, the printer will automatically get an IP from the local network and you should be able to identify it in the order taking app, as long as the order taking device is within the same WIFI network.

Once the printer is connected to the router you can try to identify and connect to the printer from the order taking app.
